Functional Fusion is a full body routine that combines pilates mat principles, low impact/high intensity cardio, plyometrics and static holds to ensure you get your heart rate pumpin' and your muscles shakin'. You will work your short twitch muscle fibers to obtain a longer, leaner, and tighter physique. Modifications will be available to each participant gets to "feel the burn" whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced.

 
 

 

About Kiki

Kiki is a Pilates Sports Rehab/Biomechanics specialist who believes in functional fitness. She became an instructor back in 2007 while overcoming many sports injuries on her own that were not healing with traditional PT, surgeries or medications. In 2012 she opened her studio in Scottsdale, AZ, COR. In 2017 she expanded her practice to include Guided PEMF Therapy and more varieties Holistic Pain Management; then moved her business to Los Angeles, CA where she currently resides. Her mission is to ensure challenging yet “safe” routines for men and women of all ages; while offering modifications for most injuries. Her motto is “Form is KEY! Something done correctly for less reps, is way more affective than more reps of something done wrong. Strain/pain is different from work/soreness.” She wants you to understand why your feeling what you’re feeling, so you can do things the right way for YOUR body. The overall goal is to become a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
