Aligning With The Terrain of The Earth
Saturday, November 14 | 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST
Our microbiome lives in and on our bodies. But it is not something we have in isolation from the world around us. This microscopic community of organisms acts not only as a bridge between us and the natural world - it is a reflection of the richness of that relationship. The more we engage whole foods, plants, animals, insects, soil, and sun, the healthier our microbiome - and in turn, the more optimal our own health and sense of wellbeing. In this session, we will explore practices and the science behind them that can foster a robust, diverse microbiome.
