Director of the Better Business Biome (BBB)

As the Director of Microbiome Lab’s Better Business Biome (BBB) Program, Sheena leverages her Marketing and Health background with an expertise in insights, processes, and design thinking to provide valuable support to our BBB Members. Since the program's launch in July 2021, Sheena has played a pivotal role in our substantial growth, enabling us to further narrow our focus and align our efforts with member needs. Sheena has successfully developed targeted protocols that enhance our patient engagement process. As a result, health care professionals are better equipped to identify patient needs and desires, generating even more meaningful outcomes.
